Marketing Associate

Englist is looking for a part-time Marketing Associate to assist our management team in developing digital and physical content for the company, as well as manage the company website and social media platforms.

This is the perfect job for a college student or recent grad looking to gain experience without a full-time commitment.

The person in this position would be primarily responsible for helping to produce marketing materials (such as posters and fliers), and digital content for websites and social media platforms (such as images and short videos).

This position could grow into a full-time role.

 

Requirements:

– Available for 20 hours a week of work

– Native Mandarin ability (written and spoken)

– Conversational English

– Working proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, LINE)

– Working proficiency with shooting photos and video, as well as photo and video editing

– Strong communication skills

– Must be creative and have an artistic eye

– Enthusiasm for marketing

 

Preferred experience:

– Some experience using Photoshop, Canva, or similar image manipulation software

– Some experience in video editing software or interest in learning

– Some social media and digital marketing experience

– Familiarity with web design and WordPress

 

Duties:

– Assist in developing and maintaining marketing calendar

– Devise effective and sustainable marketing strategy and practices

– Assist in maintaining and upgrading websites

– Post daily on social media platforms

– Post weekly blog articles (written by other staff)

– Create photo, video, written, and illustrated content

– Track traffic and sales

– Compose weekly reports to management

– Build traffic

– Build brand awareness

 

Compensation:

  • NT$250-NT$300/hour (Compensation is negotiable based on experience)
