Full-time Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

marketing efforts across digital and physical platforms. This person will oversee brand messaging, manage our online presence, produce engaging content, and ensure our marketing materials and campaigns reflect Englist’s mission and quality.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in growing our visibility, driving enrollment, and building brand recognition for both our in-person and online classes, and eventually our book sales. This is a leadership position suited for someone who can balance creative execution with organized, long-term planning.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Coordination

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar for campaigns, events, social media, and product launches.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for new programs, classes, and textbook products.
  • Manage budgets for marketing materials, advertising, and events.

Content Creation & Brand Management

  • Lead the creation of digital and print content that reflects Englist’s brand voice and educational mission.
  • Write and edit marketing copy for social media, websites, brochures, and ads.
  • Oversee design and production of physical marketing materials (posters, flyers, brochures, banners, etc.) and ensure they stay current and relevant.
  • Manage photo and video shoots for promotional use.
  • Supervise and guide any supporting marketing staff or contractors.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage Englist’s online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LINE Voom, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and publish content 2–4 times weekly, including carousels, videos, and event highlights.
  • Use analytics tools to track engagement and refine strategy.
  • Oversee website content updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Campaigns & Product Promotion

  • Create and execute promotional campaigns for Englist’s online classes and textbook line.
  • Develop marketing partnerships and outreach strategies to expand national visibility.
  • Coordinate advertising placements and PR opportunities.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track social performance and engagement
  • Provide brief weekly summaries with key metrics and suggestions

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications (education industry experience a plus).
  • Proficient English writing and editing skills; native Mandarin speaker required.
  • Ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with design and marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Familiarity with website management (WordPress/Divi experience preferred).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Bonus:

  • Experience marketing educational programs or textbooks.
  • Photography or videography skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of Taiwan’s education and parent markets.

Compensation:

  • Full-time, salaried position at NT$65,000 / month (opportunity for higher compensation based on performance and KPIs)
